Denis,
born 1981, is a child of East-Berlin. I had the pleasure to work with this
handsome stud in late summer 2002. His "partner-in-shoot" was Alexander
T. - same time, same location (the area around the "East-Bahnhof" in
Berlin, just 1 yard away from the former Berlin wall - and still looking
like an unused former industrial region, though located in the heart of
Germany's capital.
Denis does
judo and has a black belt. Thanks to this enjoyable sport, his body is
perfectly built. I found out later that in one contest, Denis fought against
Daniel
D., another MalePerceptions model with a black belt in judo; I wish
I had witnessed this fight.
For a while,
I practiced judo myself, about ten years ago, but I moved and so had to
stop it, with just the yellow belt. The requirements for the yellow one
are not too difficult - a little bit more than standing on your feet without
falling down :-)
It is easy
to tell by Denis' looks and his winning smile that he is a friendly, open
fellow, with no allures and absolutely no attitude. By the way: Otherwise
he wouldn't be on this site. Denis is one of several models from former
socialistic east.
We call the
people from the former east of the republic "Ossis" and those from the
"old" states "Wessies" - a nice nickname, translated roughly as "Easies"
and "Wessies".
I share the
often mentioned opinion that Ossis in general (exceptions apply) are way
more honest, trustworthy and more "true" than their western conterparts.
Yes, socialism has failed and has hindered its people from the freedom
to travel - but it also kept them away from the disgusting western greed,
showing-off and the "making money attitude".
Denis is a
model of Athletic-Model in Berlin. Thanks to this up-and-coming agency
for Athletes and models, I got this little job.
Seventy additional
pictures (Preview)
of Denis are on the MalePerceptions CD 2002, which has just been
created.
